Foot and Ankle Procedures
Our foot and ankle surgical services focus on relieving pain, restoring function, correcting deformities, and helping patients return to the activities they enjoy. We offer comprehensive treatment options ranging from conservative care to advanced reconstructive surgery, total ankle replacement, and minimally invasive procedures.
Ankle Procedures
- Total Ankle Replacement – Replacing a damaged ankle joint with an artificial joint to relieve pain while preserving ankle motion.
- Ankle Fusion (Arthrodesis) – Fusing the ankle joint to reduce pain and improve stability in patients with advanced arthritis.
- Ankle Arthroscopy – Using small incisions and a camera to diagnose and treat problems inside the ankle joint.
- Ankle Fracture Repair – Surgical stabilization of broken ankle bones using plates, screws, and other fixation devices.
- Chronic Ankle Instability Repair – Reconstructing or tightening damaged ligaments to improve ankle stability.
- Achilles Tendon Repair – Repairing torn or ruptured Achilles tendons.
- Osteochondral Lesion Repair – Treating cartilage and bone injuries within the ankle joint.
- Ankle Arthritis Surgery – Surgical treatment options for painful arthritis and joint degeneration.
Ankle Procedures
- Flatfoot Reconstruction – Correcting acquired or congenital flatfoot deformities to improve alignment, stability, and function.
- Adult-Acquired Flatfoot Reconstruction – Reconstructing the tendons, ligaments, and bones involved in progressive arch collapse.
- Hindfoot Fusion Procedures – Fusing joints in the back of the foot to treat arthritis, deformity, and instability.
- Calcaneal Osteotomy – Realigning the heel bone to correct deformity and improve foot mechanics.
- Charcot Reconstruction – Reconstructive surgery for severe foot and ankle deformities associated with neuropathy.
- Cavus Foot Reconstruction – Correcting an excessively high arch that contributes to pain, instability, and deformity.
- Tendon Transfer Surgery – Redirecting tendons to restore balance, strength, and function.
- Complex Foot and Ankle Reconstruction
– Correcting significant deformities resulting from injury, arthritis, neurologic conditions, or previous surgery.
Forefoot Procedures

Personalized Treatment for Every Patient
Not every foot or ankle condition requires surgery. We evaluate each patient individually and consider nonsurgical options whenever appropriate. When surgery is recommended, treatment is tailored to the patient's diagnosis, activity level, overall health, and goals.
Our goal is to reduce pain, restore alignment and stability, improve mobility, and help patients return to their daily activities with confidence.
